A fit body starts with a healthy lifestyle. As your fitness coach, I will connect your fitness goals to your movement patterns and design a program that fits your needs. I’ve been helping clients for over a decade live their healthiest lives. My experience and holistic approach to fitness will hopefully inspire you to join me on this life-changing, mind and body journey.
As a recreational athlete, I love to train for and participate in running, cycling, hiking and multi-sports events. I have a passion for training women on the wiser side of 40. Helping them to improve their biomechanics and cross any finish line pain and injury free is my purpose!
